How Do I Edit Tax Information

How do I add tax and payment information about my facility?


  1. Begin by going to your organization home page and navigate to the “Settings” section and select Edit near the pencil icon.



  2. Now on your organizations setting page, select the Edit icon, near the "Tax Info" heading .



  3. If your organization will be using Spotz as a method of earning income, you will need to fill out the tax information. Begin by selecting the pencil icon and input the appropriate data and press save when finished.


     

  4. Use the drop down box to select our organizations "Tax Type". This is the type of organization or business entity classifies as for official IRS reporting (Individual, C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, LLC, etc). 

  5. Under "Legal Entity Name" enter the official name of your organization registered as for IRS reporting. 

  6. For "EIN" enter your organizations 9 digit Employer Identification Number assigned by the IRS for tax filing and reporting purposes.

  7. When complete be sure to save.
