It is useful for hosts to include relevant information about their facility to attract guests and to make their facility more appealing. Many organizations have preexisting documents that include guidelines, fee schedules, and waivers. Spotz offers a place to upload PDFs and other attachments that may contain additional information, allowing you to provide guests with everything they need to know prior to renting your facility. It is also helpful for an organization to have a space to input tax information, a method of receiving customer payments, setting lead time with rentals, and having the ability to charge for a security deposit.
