How Do I Attach Documents To My Organization Page?
Many organizations have preexisting documents that include facility policies, fee schedules, and waivers. Spotz offers a place to upload PDFs and other attachments that may contain additional information, allowing you to provide guests with everything they need to know prior to renting your facility.
How do I attach documents to my organization page?
Begin by going to your organization home page and navigate to the “Rules and Attachments” section and select the pencil icon.
Within the settings page hover over and select the “Drop new file here -or- click here to upload” icon.
Upon selecting to upload, a window will open prompting you to select a document. Choose the document you would like to upload and press open to upload. Note: documents cannot be larger than 1 MB.
One your document has been uploaded you will first receive an "Upload Complete" notification. Than, you will see that you have options to view, edit, or delete the document. Selecting "Edit" allows you to rename the document and require that the renter must agree to the terms of the document.
