Tips For Making Photos Look Good
Providing photos of your facilities and spaces in the listing profile is a critical success factor in getting your space rented. Â Renters will be less interested in your spaces if they can not see photos of what they are considering to rent. Â Remember that perspective renters many not be familiar with your facility so having photos will allow them to see your space, provide a more accurate representation of what they are renting and help determine if the space will meet their needs. Â
Do a landscape view to provide more detail of the space.
Take high resolution photos.Â
Take your photos when the space will look its best
- For indoor spaces take photos during the day, for best lighting.Â
- For outdoor spaces try to take photos in the spring and summer.
- Take photos after they have been worked on by a grounds or maintenance crew. Â A photo of a baseball diamond would look best right after it has been lined and combed.Â
Set it up. Clean up your space and get it looking in tip-top shape.Â
Showcase amenities in the photo.Â
If you are taking a photo of a basketball court try to get some of the amenities in the photo such as a scoreboard, bleachers, or score table. If you are including access to locker rooms take pictures of those as well. Â If you can set the court up for volleyball, take a picture with the nets up.
Take a few photos of a space to provide more accurate and complete representation of your space. Â
Try to avoid getting people in your photos.Â
