Account Settings
After signing up for Spotz, you may update your account information and communication preferences at any time by logging into your account and changing your account settings.
How Do I Change My Account Settings?
- Begin by logging into your Spotz account by clicking My Spotz, located in the upper right hand corner of the Spotz homepage.
- You will than be able to sign-in by entering your email address and password, or through your Facebook or Google account. Press Sign In to continue.
- After signing in, you will be redirected to your Profile page. To see more and learn how to edit your profile page, please visit How Do I Edit My Profile? From your Profile page, locate and click on Account Settings on the lefthand toolbar.
- On the Account Settings page, you can change your email, phone and password, if needed. It is recommended that you include a phone number so the host has an additional method of contacting you in the event of inclement weather. To edit your email or phone number, select the pencil icon on the right hand side, then enter in your email or password and select save. You can also select which notifications you would like to receive. The notifications will be sent via email to alert you of any new listings in your area, remind you of upcoming reservations and to notify you of your confirmed, denied, and cancelled reservations. After making all of your changes, click save to continue.
