When your booking request has been approved by the host organization, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. At this point, your credit card will be charged and your reservation will be in the GymDandy system. If a requested booking is rejected or not confirmed by the host, any amounts collected by GymDandy will be refunded to the member. Reservations that are neither confirmed nor rejected within the Booking Request period will be automatically cancelled.
