How Do I Set Lead Time?

Lead time is the minimum amount of time required for the general public to book space. The GymDandy minimum requirement is 48 hours.

Begin by going to your organization home page and navigate to the “Settings” section and select the pencil icon.
Many organizations have some sort of lead time requiring a set amount of days notice before renting a facility. Lead Time, allows the host to set the lead time for the general public (you may also set different lead times for different groups within the organization). To set your organization's lead time, select the pencil icon.
From the drop down menu select the number of days notice you would like to require for a guest to rent your facility.
