Lead time is refers the minimum amount of time required for the general public to book space. The GymDandy minimum requirement is 48 hours.

1. Begin by going to your organization home page and navigate to the “Settings” section and select the EDIT Edit iconImage Removed.

   

   
   

2. Many organizations have some sort of lead time requiring a set amount of days notice before renting a facility. Lead Time allows the host to set the minimum amount of days required for the general public to rent (you may also set different lead times for different groups within the organization). To set your organization's lead time, select the pencil icon to the right of the Lead Time heading.
   
   
   
   
3. From the drop down menu select the number of days notice you would like to require for a guest to rent your facility. 
   
   
   
   
4. When finished, hit the Image Removed icon. Upon hitting Save, you will recieve Save. You will receive a green pop-up in the bottom left corner confriming confirming that your changes have been saved.
