Providing photos of your facilities and spaces in the listing profile is a critical success factor in getting your space rented.  Renters will be less interested in your spaces if they can not see photos of what they are considering to rent.  Remember that perspective renters many not be familiar with your facility so having photos will allow them to see your space and , provide a more accurate representation of what they are renting and help determine if it the space will meet their needs.  

Do a landscape view to provide more detail of the space.

  • For indoor spaces take photos during the day, for best lighting. 
  • For outdoor spaces try to take photos in the spring and summer.
  • Take photos after they have been worked on by a grounds and or maintenance crew.  A photo of a baseball diamond would look best right after it has been lined and combed(?)

Set it up up. Clean up your space and get it looking in tip-top shape. 

Showcase amenities in the photo

  • If you are taking a photo of a basketball court try to get some of the amenities in the photo such as a scoreboard, bleachers, or score table

  • . If you are including access to locker rooms take pictures of those as well.  If you can set the court up for volleyball, take a picture with the nets up.

Take a few photos of a space to provide more accurate and complete representation of your space.  2 is better than 1.
