Communication between hosts and renters is important to create the best possible experience.  Renters and hosts are responsible for communicating and coordinating details for access to the rented space.  The host is required to have a person that receives direction from the renter, such as an employee or volunteer, on site or otherwise monitoring the facility during an event. Most commonly the host supervisor will be at the facility to help get you into your space and make sure everything is set up for the event as agreed upon during the booking process.  A host supervisor may include a resource that is available on-call via phone, an alternative method of entry to the space in that case will be coordinated and agreed to prior to the event.  We also recommended that the host and renter supervisors confirm contact information, arrival details, space set-ups and any other logistics prior to the event.
