Amenities are an additional useful list of features for a facility such as heat, wheelchair accessibility, restrooms, off-street parking, air conditioning, drinking fountain, etc. Amenities give perspective renters additional information and may be deciding factor when considering where to rent a space. For instance a renter may need a facility that is wheelchair accessible. Or just for convenience knowing that a facility has off street parking could be more appealing than a facility without. The facility amenities options are based on amenity type (indoor, outdoor, indoor/outdoor).
