Each organization might have its own set of guidelines that the renter must agree to before booking a space. Organizations can upload documents to their GymDandy page to provide additional details and organizational policies that have been implemented. As a renter, it is important to read these attachments as they may be important to your reservation.
How can I view an organization's documents?
- Begin by searching for the organization you would like to rent from the GymDandy homepage
- From the search results page, select the facility you would like to rent to be brought to the organization's facility page
- Once you are on the facility page, locate the Organization Rules & Info below Groups and Facility Amenities
- Under the Organization Rules & Info will be a list of documents that the organization has uploaded. Click on a document to view it
- When booking a space, you may need to agree to the organization's terms, depending on their rental policy. After reading the terms of rental documents, check the box to agree to agree to GymDandy and the host organization's terms, located in the Details tab of the Booking screen
