Once you book a space and your reservation is approved by the space administrator, your credit or debit card will be charged and the reservation will be added to your account. From your GymDandy account, you can view all of your upcoming and past reservations all in one, easy place.

How do I view my reservations?

  1. Beginning at the GymDandy homepage, click on My GymDandy in the upper right hand corner to display a drop-down box with a few options. Click on Reservations to bring up the reservation page.

  2. Once you are at the reservation page, you are able to view any past and upcoming rentals that you have made.

  3. You may also view your upcoming reservations in a calendar view. To do so, begin on the GymDandy homepage and click on My GymDandy in the upper right hand corner to display a drop-down box with a few options. Click on My Reservations to bring up the reservation page.

  4. Once you are on the Calendar page, you can see all of your upcoming reservations in a weekly or monthly calendar view. You may also click on any of the reservations to view booking details and send messages to the organization admins.

  1. If you would like to send a message about a specific rental, you may do so by finding the reservation from the reservation page. Click view next to the reservation to open the Booking Request window where you can send a message.

  2. Within the Booking Request window, click on Messages to begin sending a message.

  3. In the messages tab, you can write out a message that will send to the admins of the space that you had rented. When you are finished writing your message, click send to send the message.

  4. Unread messages will be found in the Inbox on the GymDandy website. You can access the Inbox from the GymDandy homepage by clicking on the List Space dropdown and then clicking on Inbox.

  5. The inbox will present all unread messages that you may have. The number next to the reservation will show how many messages are in the conversation. Click view to open the Booking Request window to see the messages.
