  1. Begin by logging into your GymDandy Spotz account by clicking My GymDandySpotz, located in the upper righthand right hand corner of the GymDandy homepagethe Spotz homepage.

  2. You will than be able to sign-in by entering your email address and password, or through your Facebook or Google account. Press Sign In to continue.

  3. After signing in, you will be redirected to your Profile page. About halfway down the profile page will be a space to upload a photo. Click on the photo box to open a window where you can choose an appropriate picture.

  4. Following uploading your photo you will receive a notification window letting you know the photo has been successfully uploaded.

  5. If you would like to change or update your profile photo at any time, repeat steps 1-4.
