Each organization might have its own set of guidelines that the renter must agree to before booking a space. Organizations can upload documents to their GymDandy Spotz page to provide additional details and organizational policies that have been implemented. As a renter, it is important to read these attachments as they may be important to your reservation.
How can I view an organization's documents?
- Begin by searching for the organization you would like to rent from the GymDandy homepage
Beginning on the Spotz homepage, searching for an organization using either the Search bar at the very top of the page, or by using the search box on the right.
- From the search results page, select click on the organization or facility you would like to rent to be brought to the organization 's or facility page.
- Once If you are on the facility Organization page, locate scroll down a little ways until you reach the Organization Rules & Info below Groups and Facility Amenities
heading. If you are on the Facility page, first click on the Groups & Rules tab. Underneath the Groups & Rules tab, you can scroll down a little bit unitl you reach the Organization & Rules heading where you will find the documents. 
- Under the Organization Rules & Info will be a list of documents that the organization has uploaded. Click on a document to view it

- You may also have an opportunity to view any important documents when you are finalizing booking a space. In the booking window, you may need to before finishing your booking, you must agree to the organization's terms, depending on their rental policy. After reading the terms of rental documents, check the box to agree to agree to GymDandy and the host organization's terms, located in the Details tab of the Booking screen
Spotz Terms of Rental as well as any terms that the organization may require. You may click on the terms to view them before agreeing to the terms and booking the space.
