When booking a space, you will want to know which spaces are available and when. GymDandy Spotz offers search tools to search for space by city, zip, facility, space type, and by specific time.

Search by Facility
Beginning at the GymDandy Spotz homepage you will see a large search bar box with two fields - one of which is to input the city, zip, or facility and the other is a dropdown filter for space type. Start three fields - City/Zip/Organization/Facility, Space Type, and Event Date. Begin by inputting the city, zip, or facility and , choose the space type that you are looking to rent for, and select a date for your event and and click search.
Depending on the geographic area and space type you search, you will be redirected to a results page with all of the various spaces that meet the aforementioned search criteria. Once you finish finding a facility you would like to book, you can click on the facility title to bring you to the facility page. You can also hover over a facility and click on Quick View Details to view facility and space amenities. If you would like to search using more advanced criteria, you can search by amenities, extras, surfaces, and more by clicking on the Select Filters dropdown.
After you select the facility, you will be directed to the facility page which includes general information, contact info, any groups, amenities, and a list of spaces available to rent. Once you decide on a space, click the space you would like to book and proceed to choose your rental time.
Searching By Time
- If you would like to search by time, you can do so by inputting the city, zip, or facility, choosing your space type, event date, and time of day (broken up by morning, midday, and evening).

Once you finish finding a facility you would like to book, you can click on the facility title to bring you to the facility page. If you would like to search using more advanced criteria, you can search by amenities, extras, surfaces, and more by clicking on the Select Filters dropdown.
Once you find a space that fits your needs and you are ready to book, you can continue in a few different ways.
The quickest way to book is through GymDandy's Quick View & Book feature. Click on Quick View & Book or choose an available starting time from the dropdown box to bring up the reservation screen and continue to book the space. Note: although there is not a weekly calendar in the Quick View & Book feature, times that are unavailable will be greyed out and unable to book in the schedule.
The other method of booking space involves selecting either the space, facility, or organization. Here, Court 1 is the space type, Center St. Louis is the facility, and Center St. Louis is also the organization. By clicking on the space, facility, or organization you will be brought to the corresponding space, facility, or organization page to continue booking your space.

Recurring Search
- If you would like to make a reservation for multiple days in a row (Monday-Friday) or recurring on a specific day of the week for an entire month (Every Wednesday for the next 5 weeks), you can search for availability for those dates. Beginning at the Spotz homepage, input your city, zip, organization, space type, and date. After filling in the mandatory fields, click on the Recurring search box. Within the Recurring search box you can choose to search for spaces with availability occurring daily, weekly, or monthly, specify the days of the week, and choose when the recurring availability would end by choosing a certain number of weeks or on a specific day. For this example, we are searching for recurring availability occurring weekly, on Saturdays and Sundays, for the next two weeks. When finished selecting the search criteria, click Search to see your results.
- Your search results will show you all the spaces with available times that you chose to see. You can use search filters to better find exactly what you are looking for. To see how to use search filters, please refer to How Do I Use Search Filters?
