  1. Begin by attempting to sign into your GymDandy account by clicking on My GymDandy located in the top right corner of the GymDandy homepage

     
     

  2. When prompted to enter your email address and password press Forgot password, above the Sign In button 


  3. Enter the email address you use for GymDandy and select Request Password and your password will be emailed to you  


  4. Once you receive your password proceed to sign in to your account
